Below is a list of references prior to our meeting, so you can enjoy even more of Jeong Kwan’s presence, philosophy and recipes. For those of you who don’t have Netflix subscription, these sources can provide plentiful information on the topic and ideas in the documentary in lieu of actually watching it.
All the links shared here are with English subtitles or are dubbed. If by any chance subtitles don’t show right away on your screen, please, press the little white rectangle in the lower part of the YouTube screen, with CC written on it and choose English.
Please, feel free to contact me (Anna Tzanova) with any questions or concerns.
Wishing you enjoyable watching and we’ll see you on the 28th!
Anna Tzanova and Helen Hwang
