A new beginning has been awaiting us. We, Mago Work Volunteers, are waking up to recognize the commencement of the Mago Community with our Caretakers! This Spring harbingers a new momentum: The Mago Work leaps to the mother’s lap, the Mago Community, held by her Caretakers!
The Mago Work is the engine of the Mago Community. The Mago Community are a group of people who have been involved in The Mago Work as volunteers, editors, organizers, authors, artists, advocates, poets, students, readers, participants, facilitators, presenters, attendees, and supporters for the last 13 years, since its inception.
Current Mago Work branches include: Return to Mago E-Magazine, Mago Books, Mago Academy, the S/HE academic journal, and the S/HE Divine Studies Online Conference.
We give the Mago Community members the title of Caretaker. Caretakers are members who are aware of the responsibility of being part of the community, and tending it.
Taking responsibility into the hands of each member is the surest way of making the Community grow to reach out to those who are in need and to the world! Do you feel you are already the Caretaker? Do you want to become the Caretaker?
Please stay tuned for more details about the organic growth of our Community. We invite you to envision yourself as a Caretaker and join us in responsibility for its development.
