We are seeking 4 Zoom technicians who will each enjoy managing a portion of the S/HE Divine Studies Online Conference sessions which will all take place over 50 hours between Noon on Friday, June 7 and 1:30 PM on Sunday, June 9 (PST). This is a very short-term, highly responsible volunteer position with favorable opportunities for exchange. Please apply ASAP if you are interested!

Responsibilities:
You must have a pro (paid) Zoom account and be familiar with basic Zoom tools, especially muting/unmuting and screen sharing.
You will be using your own Zoom account to fulfill this position’s responsibilities.
You will be responsible for the duties below and providing any on-the-spot tech support during 3-4 Zoom sessions you have committed to supporting. Your preferences of the sessions you commit to will be considered in coordination with Dr. Hwang, the conference convenor.
During your sessions, you will:
– Set up screen sharing in advance.
– Set up auto-recording in advance.
– At the beginning of each session, make the moderator of each session the co-host.
– Give each of your moderators basic training about how to mute/unmute and screen share.
– Attend your sessions and be available for the moderator who might seek your help.
– Stay muted throughout the session that you are guiding, if possible.
– Save and send the auto-recording of each session to the Mago Academy webpage (or email to Dr. Hwang)
– Troubleshoot any Zoom tech issues that arise on-the-spot to the best of your ability.
In exchange for these services, you will be offered:

Successful Zoom technicians will be invited to join the Zoom technician team for future meetings.
